These bars are so easy to make and I love them because you can throw in small amounts of things that you have in your pantry and change up the taste.

Three cups of crushed stale ritz crackers **you can also use many other items in your pantry that may have gone stale. I’ve tried it with stale kix, pretzels, oyster crackers, and even graham crackers.

1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 cup brownie mix

Optional: Marshmallows, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips
I added what was left (maybe a handful) of a bag of chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. I think I have certain people sneaking them. Since I know I had half bags of each the last time I made cookies…hummmm.

Mix all items together in a large bowl until well coated. Pour into 9×13 pan and press it until it evenly covers the pan. Bake in 350 oven for 8 minutes. Let it cool completely before cutting. YUM!
