This is one of our family favorites. It's creamy, tasty, cheesy with the salty kick of canned artichoke hearts.
Put all ingredients except cheeses in Instant Pot or Pressure Cooker.
Stir until well combined
Select manual setting. Set time for 5 minutes on high pressure.
When finished cooking quick release.
Stir in cheeses until melted. Serve warm on crackers or bread.
