Incredibly easy idea this week. I needed a big cake for a get together, but didn’t have a lot of time. So I Mixed a batch of brownies. Poured it in a big sheet cake pan (or you could do two 9×13 pans and split the batter. Then I mixed a batch of cake mix and poured it on top. I thought they might mix while baking but stayed in their two parts. Bake according to the cake mix directions and use a knife to check the center to make sure it comes out clean. Everyone enjoyed the “brownie cake”.
